Where can I buy e-cigarettes wholesale for resale? Something the the Joye 510.?

I would like to open a store that offers all the 'vaping' supplies like the e-juice and cartomizers. I'm not having any luck looking on line. All the prices are regular retail, but they say they are wholesale. I can buy a e-cig kit for about $30 retail. If you have any web addresses or any other info on where to get them at a truly wholesale for resale price, I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Anna
