Real Estate Salesperson.. own website? biz cards...?

Vista.com will make 500 cards for $10. Why not make a website but I wouldn't advertise Till u are licensed because if someone wants to use you and you have to tell them you aren't licensed or can't help it will turn them and maybe others away.
