Switched seats after an accident and lied about driving, HELP?

My friend got in an accident a few days ago and he was in the car with his friend. There were only driving 10 mph in stop n go traffic and a cop got behind them. The driver kept looking in the rear view mirror because the cop was behind him and the car in front of him slammed on his breaks and her smashed into him. The car in front was a Lexus and has a few scratches but his car is completely smashed since it's a Toyota. They pulled over and the passenger jumped out and ran over to the driver side and the driver jumped into the passenger seat so it looked like the original passenger was driving. They did that because the original driver didn't have a license. Now the passenger doesn't want to have a point on his record but we looked it up and you can get in trouble for lying about driving. Are all at fault accidents points on your record? And can you get in trouble for lying in the police report? Any advice is appreciated since the driver wants his insurance just to cover it but he doesn't his friend to go down for what he did.

Trade commissions are peanuts and like the guy said, if that's a big deal to you then you are buying the wrong stock and/or trading far more often than you should. Getting out of direct purchase and reinvestment plans can take weeks. First they need to convert the share, which is non-certificate form, to certificate form in your name. Seems something is missing here! Don't you have a boss? Isn'[t that person giving you some type o "training"? They must have scads of books, newspapers, magazines on stocks such as the Wall Street Journal, Barons, etc. Start reading everything they have in the office. Ask your boss for suggestions--not us. Can't believe they are just throwing you to the wolves, ie., millionaires and celebrities for starters and not giving you some guidance before hand. Smoking symptoms help please?

I've been smoking for oh let me say 4-5 months now and I tried every cigarette under the sun. Regular,lights,ultra lights, menthol you name it. It was quite a bit also almost a pack a day. But a few days ago after a cig I had a really tight chest pain and it reallyt scared me. So I am trying to stop. I had like one or two in the last few days and the other night I tried to sleep and felt like I couldn't breath. I was like gasping for air it felt. Alot of Second Hand Smoke?

First off, I'm dealing with two problems. ONE, my mom smokes about 3-4 packs of cigs a day. Being that they are not only harmful to her, and others such as me and my family, they cost about $5 with tax and such. That's about $6,387 a year, and she's never caught without a cig. With that, I need a way of comprising with her to ease off, but she seems to get frustrated when ever I mention anything negative about cigarettes. Not quit entirely because my grandma did that and she literally died ( Don't worry, she's still alive). Also, I have a really deep, loud, and raspy wheeze if I exhale deeply. I want to know if that's going to be permanent, and if it is, what can be done? She likes to pull the "Oh, well your dad had asthma, so do you." But he also smoked, but unlike her, he quit. I haven't been told by any of my doctors that its asthma, but then again I don't think they notice. I just hate it because it seems like its getting harder to breathe deeper, as she smokes in the house. I know this because I play tuba, and am going out for football. I think the US economy is in for rough sledding. Stabilization is going to take a while perhaps. The problem is that the economy back in 2005-2007 was driven by debt. It was a bubble. When bubbles collapse it takes a good while for economies to recover. The government's answer was to give money away in hopes to re-inflate the economy--read inflation. That did do wonders for oil and gold and silver. Inflated those nicely. Also doing wonders for ag products. Not doing so much good for employment though.

There is really no way to tell if a gun is truly "new in the box" only that it "appears" to be so. No scratching or holster wear is a good sign but that's no guarantee. That's about the going price for a Python I'm sure it was blue because the high polish stainless ones are the ones that go for big bucks. Car amp install without re-wiring?

Well here's the situation. My friend has a leased car (mazda 3) and he wants to put in a removeable sub that he can take out when the lease term is over. Now buddy here doesn't want to do all the technical wiring so he's planning to have a sub in his trunk and then using the factory speakers for his highs and mids (whatever isn't bass). How he plans on doing this is that he has an ipod which he uses for music that he hooks up through the auxillary jack, so instead of only going to the car stereo, he has a y-adapter with a male to 2 female 3.5mm jacks. That means one side will go to factory speakers and one to the sub only. The problem now is how can we hook up the amp. Is there any way he could get a adapter for the car cig lighter thing to get power to the amp?

Can I void lease for deadbeat landlord?

Hi there...26yr.old female here..My situation is that i have been in a relationship with my bf for almost 4yrs. and he is a seriously addicted smoker. He smokes newport cigs as well as weed every single day that i have known him. I do not smoke either and have never smoked a cig or weed with him EVER. I have smoked cigs in the past..when i was a teenager, but have grown out of that bad habit and just find it nasty, un-healthy and STINKY! Anyways..the first year we were dating i never complained or said anything really...cuz i knew he enjoyed it and it was a habit of his so i didnt want to say anything and pick on him. I believe everyone should be able to do as they please and what they enjoy doing. But for the past 2 yrs...it has really been bothering me. Everytime im with him he is always smoking..all day and night.I try not to nag..but i say comments like...i hate breathing that in....or...its really un healthy and i dont like it...or IT REALLY STINKS...i cant stand it. I dont want to nag him or annoy him..but its really starting to bother me. He says all the time....i tried to quit babe....but its really hard. I try to be understanding...but i just think its an excuse or something. You obviously know how bad cigarettes smell. What you don't know is that others can smell it on you even if you take all those steps to clean after each cigarettes. You don't wash your hair or your clothes after every smoke. One reason why people don't have respect for smokers is because smoking is self-destructive and serves no purpose. The reasons why people smoke can be better fulfilled in healthier ways. But it doesn't make someone a bad person. You are a regular smoker if you smoke at least once a week. I can tell right now that you really don't want to quit, so even if you try you're not going to be very successful at it. You love cigarettes too much. Even though I've never smoked, I know that smoking gives you a great feeling. That's why I never want to try it. Smoking is a weakness, and giving into the great feeling of smoking is weak. Do you enjoy smoking more than swimming, dancing and boxing? Because the longer you smoke the harder those other activities will be. Every pack-a-day smoker starts like you. They all hate smoking before they try it and they start off slowly. People will have less respect for a smoker because it's a terrible decision. And you know that. Now you just understand why people smoke.

What happened??? I felt like I was going to pass out?

Just a few minutes ago I was having a cig outside and when I stood up I was suddenly overhwhelmed with a feeling of faintness. My vision even got a little blurry and I started shaking. I was really scared and thought I was gonna pass out. I didn't eat the whole day until the moment, but in the past I didn't eat for a whole day and didn't feel like that. What happened this time??? I still feel a little shaky even though I ate 2 slices of pizza and drank some tea.

Why do i always feel weak and sick when i have a cig?

Why is my new RAID Setup so slow ?

I don't know about raid on ATA so I'm assuming you have SATA drives. do you know if the drives are SATA I, II, etc? One is only 5400 RPM which is pretty darn slow, and they're laptop drives. With a degree from a beauty school, you can make a bit more (less than a year of college). Stock brokers don't really need any education, but a finance degree would help. An air traffic controller attends a special school for that. An anesthesiologist requires 8 years of college and an additional 5 more of training. A lawyer has 7 years of college. You cannot be more than one of these people at a time, so pick a career, don't just pick all the ones you've ever heard of. If you want a job that pays 90k by that age of 24, none of these are going to do it for you. Try getting a degree in petroleum or aerospace engineering instead. That MIGHT pay that well.

okayy so ive been dating this guy for about a week. he told me he'd quit drinking for me which he hasn't drank that I know of. He then asked well what do you think? I told him that I was sick, tired, grumpy and didn't really care at that point and that he could either tell me or it's over. He then tells me that shes 'the one that got away' but that he loves me and never felt that way about her. Which slightly ticked me off even more by then. We then got into a huge fight about cheating and everything. anyway. does he sound like he's even worth the drama and crying cause i'm starting to have doubts. -__- oh and he told me he'd go straight edge for me (no drinking, doing drugs, smoking cigs) which I told him idc about cause I sometimes drink and sometimes smoke pot. Why does my head hurt when I wake up early?

I think it has something to do with cigarettes...yeah yeah I know theyre bad but every time I need to wake up early for something my head feels like its about to explode. I always wake up with a huge headache like no other, it hurts so bad it almost feels like my ears are involved. But whenever I get a good amount of sleep like 10-12 hours then my head doesnt hurt at all and I dont feel like I need a cig but when my head hurts that cig is coming out and my head usually feels better after that. What happens when police lose stolen property?

We were burgled a couple of years back. We gave statements which detailed the stuff that had been taken, mainly jewellery. Some stolen property was retrieved via a pawn broker, we weren't told exactly what, and how much . We were told by the sergeant dealing with the case that it would be used as evidence in court. The burglar was prosecuted and served time, and the the investigation seems to have concluded. We have made a number of enquires as to when we would get our stuff back and originally told that it would be retained in case of any appeal etc. I have made recent enquiries since then; however, now we have been told that there is no trace. It seems they have no record of what evidence they held and it may have been lost in the system. I am considering some kind of complaint, but what happens in a scenario such as this, is there any kind of compensation for this? I was please the police nailed him, but It seems a bit wrong when the lad who done it is now walking round town still on drugs and will likely commit a similar crime again to feed his habit. Alot of the jewellery had sentimental value more than anything.

My question is, how do you watch a movie on the widescreen monitor and use the laptop for something else??? This has been making me nuts. I'm a severe addict of newport menthol cigarettes. Has anyone ever tried an electronic cigarette? I have looked at a few brands. And other than the initial cost, I can see how it is cheaper and healthier in the long run. But my question is this. Have you smoked one of these? What was your experience like? I know someone that tried the njoy cigarette and at first loved it and was over it within a couple weeks. I tried it when she had it, but I wasn't addicted at the time. I looked up this brand. It has horrible reviews. I don't know why. The top two brands I found were blu and green smoke. I like the appearance of blu better. Plus it is much cheaper. Why, even when I ask for help, I get dIck heads saying that to me? why? So what do I do now? it's horrible, feeling like this. Thinking my friends hate me , thinking the public and family hates me. It's ****. Bad. They said I get at least 1,000 thoughts in an hour, 90% of them on negative things. So what do I do? I'm thinking suicide is the best option. How do I lose twenty pounds? I'm fifteen. I stand at 5 feet and 10 inches and I feel so fat. I weigh 165 pounds. I cry everyday just because of my reflection in the mirror. I'm a bulimic. I started ever since last year when I liked a guy from school, but I wasn't "beautiful" enough for him and I just feel so sad and so sorry for myself. Please help me. Problems with traps. Fat sitting on top or Muscle imbalance?

Ok, I kind of have a problem and I'm not sure if it's serious or not. Everytime I get into a push up position I look in the mirror with my shirt off and notice that my right trap seems to be bigger than my left. But when I'm standing straight both sides are aligned. I've recently booked an appointment with my doctor to see if I have some problem with my spine, but I highly doubt it since scoliosis doesn't run in my family. Other than that I'm 5'8, Male, and 150LB...and I do admit I'm kind of chubby lol. So, I'm not sure if this is a muscle imbalance or just fat sitting on my one side. I know you can't spot reduce, but I'd like to know if anyone has come across this before. Oh yea, I've also started going to the gym with my brother to get fit, but not entirely sure if it's fat or not. Thanks in advance!

Pregnancy or PCOS? ? ?

Okay, so I'm always on time for my period. January was a completely normal period for me (timing and flow). In Feb. my period was on time but it was brown spotting with a little bit of blood and little to no clots from what I remember. During January and February I was sexually active and used a condom all but 2 times (pull-out method, yes i know it doesn't work) March period was about a week late (I had been stressing) and was just brown spotting and very little red blood, no clots at all. April and May was on time but was just like March in relation to the flow. I've been on time, just gone from a normal flow to brown spotting. I've taken who knows how many pregnancy tests because a co-worker of mine spotted like I am when she was prego so it kinda freaked me out. My cousin's prego also and she said that it wasn't that uncommon to spot brown in early pregnancy. I talked to my aunt about it and she said that PCOS runs in the family so it could just be PCOS but idk about that. I don't have hardly any of the symptoms of PCOS like my other family members do, no dark patches of skin anywhere on my body, no ultra hard periods, and besides feb-present, never an irregular period. My skin has always had breakouts and been oily since I hit puberty so that's nothing new to me, actually, my skin's gotten clearer as I've gotten older. I'm 19 and do work but I don't have insurance or the money to go to an OB-GYN to get everything inside me checked out to see what's going on with me. I've felt a little on and off nausea a few times, I had stayed up later than usual and I had an empty stomach and all of a sudden I just got this sick feeling that was gone by the time I woke up. Another time made me want to gag/throw up every 45 minutes or so, went out to eat later that night and a steak some people beside me ordered smelt like fish to me and made me want to hurl (which is weird because I love fish, I've lost all interest to eat fish lately. my mom's boyfriend makes a shimp and tuna dish I used to love but now I'm dreading the thought of having it tomorrow). I'm a smoker so I went outside to get away from the steak stench and as soon as i lit up my cig I almost heaved over the railing outside. I've had kind of a dull cramping on the right side of my pelvic area where I would think your ovary would be, kinda like someone was wrapping their finger around my tube and slightly pulling on it. An on and off dull backache, kinda like what you'd start off getting before you start your period but i'm not due to start for another 2 1/2 weeks or so. No other weird things going on other than those listed above.I was just wanting to know anyone's feedback on this matter or if they've gone through something similar to this before. I've gained about 5 lbs but i'm on the chubby side and I fluctuate in weight anyways so that's nothing new for me. If anyone does know anything more about PCOS would you please comment and let me know if it would suddenly change my period like this??? or would it gradually change it?

How do i complain to a brewery about a pub they rent?

The pub we have drank in for over 20 yrs has recentley been taken over by new tenants, they have barred all the locals to bring in new "clientel". She verbally abuses locals until they either leave or retaliate then she can bar them. You have to think about what your goals are. Are you trying to make a quick buck or are you in it for the long term. There is a difference between being a trader and an investor. To be an investor you don't need a lot of money at all to start. If you plan on making money day or swing trading then you will need a lot more money up front. I currently use Share builder from ING. I am a long term investor and I chose stocks that pay high dividends. Keep in mind that there are commissions that must be paid, and any earnings you make dividends or capital gains need to be reported for tax purposes. Not sure on the age question.

Has anyone ever seen a white flying object? Is it paranormal?

Ok so about a month ago I was walking outside too my backyard to smoke a cig. As soon as I turned the corner of my house I had a full view of my backyard. I saw this white "thing" fly across my backyard. It looked to be a white bird, but I've never seen a white bird where I live, and especially not flying at 1am. It was flying really fast to, I didn't even really get to get a good at it, jus happen so quickly ...then 2 nights ago I was going outside, about the same time and I saw what I thought was a white bird flying again. But this time I got to look at it for about 20secs. It went from my neighbors car across the street and into a field of bushes.this time it really didn't look like a bird, more like a white light flashing, I started walking out of my driveway towards where it was moving & it jus dissapered! Like wtf? I haven't told anyone about this because I don't want to creep them out lol. Is this some kind paranormal being or What do you think it was?
