Firestone damaged my car!?

My husband and I dropped his truck off at Firestone for an oil change and got it back with the drivers side mirror broken and his fender scraped and cracked. (you can even see the red paint on his blue truck) We made a police report but was told we have to fight with Firestone so we didn't move the truck and are going to fight with them in the morning about. Does anyone know if they have surveillance in the bays or any info, Thanks
