How To Get Rid Of A Burn Scar?

When I was younger, I fell asleep and something was itching my forehead. I kept rubbing my forehead on the bed and when I looked in the mirror I was missing skin. Its a circle and it was white and it burned. Now its darker then my skin color and I would like to know how I can get rid of it. I'm 14 now and I've had it it for probably over 9 years. Please HELP and Thanksss :D'
