How to quickly reduced redness burns from Salcylic Acid?

I was treating two acne spots with Salcylic Acid but by mistake I used a giant blob of it, so when I looked in the mirror again there was two giant red spots on my face. My band is a playing a show in two days, and I really want the two spots to heal before the show. Is there any way to make these spots go away faster or hide them? Please help.
