I am so dizzy! I don't know what's wrong!?

I went in a maze mirrored house. There are mirrors everywhere and you walk straight into some of them. I was with my 6 year old sister, and 9 year old cousin, so at one point when we couldn't find the exit, they started panicking and it caused me to panic. I found the exit & the other guys I was with had gone back inside. We stayed in there for the longest time running around, head butting into mirrors. I got out and was SO DIZZY! Ive been dizzy for more than 1 hour and half. Sorry if this is all messed up, I'm so out of it! It's starting to scare me! I feel like there are mirrors everywhere! I'm currently on vacation so I have no clue towards what to do.
