Im going to quit smokeing, any help ?

Its natural that your body is having these cravings, especially since it has only been two weeks since you quit. When you see someone smoking it is whats called a trigger, simply meaning it triggers emotions in your mind that remind you of the pleasure you feel when you smoke. Stay strong and continue to fight the cravings. The longer you go without a cig the easier it will be to abstain all together.
