I traded numbers with a girl and now shes trying to say shes got a boyfriend?

yesterday me and my friend went to a car meet and looked at some cars. well while were walking around this chick asked if i had a cig so i handed her one and then we walked back to his car. well then she walks passed us with her friends and then turns around and walks up to us. then were standing there for like a half an hour just talking. and we exchange numbers. so i text her when i wake up... about noon (decent time to text someone). then i text her. now shes saying shes got a boyfriend. (what the freak? she be fronting yo)
